Element enables open messaging and collaboration by allowing communication with anyone on the Matrix network, regardless of whether they use Element, another Matrix app, or a different messaging app altogether.

The app offers robust security measures, including real end-to-end encryption where only participants of a conversation can decrypt messages, as well as cross-signed device verification.

Element provides complete communication and integration capabilities such as messaging, voice and video calls, file sharing, screen sharing, and various integrations, bots, and widgets. It allows users to build rooms, communities, stay in touch, and efficiently accomplish tasks.
